Hi, Brian Adgey here from AGYInnovativeMarketing.com. I'm in Tangiers at the minute doing a bit of travelling and the weather is not too good outside so thought I'd make a quick video talking about page titles and meta descriptions for your website.
So a simple way to check your page titles and descriptions is to type into Google, site: your domain name. i.e. site:agyinnovativemarketing.com
and this will bring up all your page results. You can check your titles, they want to be attention grabbing, you want to have the keyword in the title and if you're trying to build a brand have your name as well.
Now for your meta description, Google recently said for your main pages, fill out your meta description and for the remainder of your pages just let Google automatically fill them out. However for ever new page or post you are adding, I would still write out your description. Again have the same keyword in the descriptions as you do in the title, make it readable, keep it to 150 characters so it all fits in and each description for each page being unique.
Hope you've enjoyed this quick tip, please leave any comments below and enjoy some of the sights I visited while at Tangiers.
